Private concept
We prepare a private demonstration built only from your public information: a chat receptionist on your current site, and if useful, a design concept of a refreshed site. Nothing is published. You review it on your phone.
30-day pilot
The receptionist goes live on your website with facts you have checked. We review the conversations with you at day 14 and day 30 and adjust the answers.
Month to month
Continue if it is useful. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Your domain, content and chat answers are yours and are handed over within five working days.
About an hour of your time
- A 30-minute call to confirm hours, services and policies
- A decision on prices: publish them, or "quote after inspection"
- Two short review calls at day 14 and day 30
Plain terms
- No guarantees on enquiry numbers, revenue or response rates. We report what happened.
- No claims the receptionist cannot keep: no bookings, no call-back promises, no made-up prices.
- Your customers' data is handled under a written agreement that names every service involved.
- You can switch the receptionist off yourself at any time.
