1. Who we are

BK Growth OS — Singapore-based AI receptionist and website services. Contact for data protection matters: hello@bkgrowthos.com.

2. What we collect on this website

This website has no contact form, no analytics and sets no cookies. When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you send (your name, number or email address, your business name and your message). We use them only to reply and to arrange the call or demonstration you asked for.

3. Future chat sample

If a live chat sample is added to this site, it will say clearly that you are chatting with an AI assistant. It will not ask for your phone number, email address, vehicle registration or other identifying details, and nothing you type will be used to contact you unless you ask us to.

4. AI disclosure

The AI receptionists we set up for client businesses identify themselves as AI assistants that answer from the business's published information. They do not pretend to be a person. A visitor can always ask for the business's phone number instead.

5. Business outreach, Do Not Call and opt-out

We contact prospective clients only through the business contact details they have published. We check Singapore mobile numbers against the Do Not Call Registry before calling or messaging them unless we have consent, and we keep an opt-out list. Reply "no thanks" to any message and we will not contact you again.

6. When we act for a client (data intermediary)

When a client's AI receptionist processes a customer's conversation, the client is the organisation responsible for that personal data and we process it on the client's behalf under a written agreement. In that agreement we commit to:

• Processing the data only for the purposes the client has agreed to
• Reasonable security arrangements to protect the data
• Notifying the client without undue delay if we become aware of a data breach
• Naming every sub-processor involved, including the chat platform and the AI model provider
• Deleting or returning the data when the service ends

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the agreement plus any period required by law. Prospect contact notes are deleted when they are no longer needed for the purpose they were collected for.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@bkgrowthos.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

We update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top.
